Basic 4-Step Rock & Roll
Basic Step		This is a basic step that forms the foundation of all timing and leading. Both MALE and FEMALE steps and leads outlined. Suggested music: Old Time Rock & Roll - Bob Seger.
Female:	Arc Step	Basic left turning step used in many moves.
	Loop Step	Basic right turning step used in many moves.
Male:	Turn Step	Basic left turning step used in many moves.
	Place Step	Basic step used in many moves.
American Spin		Basic spin used in many moves. Both MALE and FEMALE steps and leads outlined.
Pass Through		A move that combines the Male Turn Step and the Female Loop Step. Both MALE and FEMALE steps and leads outlined.
Pass Behind		A move that combines the Male Turn Step and the Female Arc Step. Both MALE and FEMALE steps and leads outlined.
Honeymoon (Cuddle / Spanish Arms)		A move combining the Male Place Step and the Female Loop Step & Arc Step. Both MALE and FEMALE steps and leads outlined.

Progressive
Progressive Jive (Simple)	This dance is very simple for beginners, there is nothing but side-together-side steps and a simple walk onto the next partner.
Progressive Jive (American Spin)	A little more advanced, helps teach the 'Change of Place' (Arc & Loop) and an American Spin to progress the lady.
Merengue	Danced to Kingston Town this dance helps get people warmed up hips swaying.  It's slower movement teaches the men not to spread the progressive circle too far.
Disco Barn	Starting similar to an Evening 3-Step this dance is fast paced and can be very good on a large floor with a lot of couples. Suggested music: Real Wild Child (Wild One) - Christopher Otcasek.
Wild Wild West	Can be a little tricky for the beginner at first but they soon get the hang of it and will start boppin' along. Suggested music: Wild Wild West - Escape Club.
Champagne Charlie	This dance uses heavly the basic charlston step.  Great for letting people get a different feeling going for when similar songs come on.
Rock Barn	Very simple and great for a big public crowd.

Couples
El Paso	A Coutry Line Dance taught as a couples dance. Suggested music: Neon Moon - Brook and Dunn
Smokey Places	Suggested music: Smokey Places - Ronnie McDowell
Cowboy Cha Cha	Suggested music: Livin'on Love - Alan Jackson

Bus Stop	Simple four wall line dance. Suggested music: Bus Stop
Manhattan	Simple four wall line dance. Suggested music: I Feel The Earth Move - Martika, Ride on Time - Black Box
Love is In The Air	Samba 'line dance' to four walls. Suggested music: Love is In The Air - John Paul Young
Samba Circle	This simple samba is done as a full circle holding hands and facing the centre. Suggested music: I Gotcha - Jimmy Barnes
Sierra Rose	Fairly fast paced line dance that is done in a loose circle -you keep heading the same direction- and is simple once you get the hang of it. Suggested music: Trashy Women
Hucklebuck	Really simple but great fun! Suggested music: Hucklebuck - Chubby Checker
The Wanderer	This dance is done as a set with two lines. Suggested music: Wanderer - Dion
Boyfriend's Back	Could almost be called a couples dance.  You need a partner to do the chorus.  Great for kids Suggested music: My Boyfriend's Back - Angels
